Shipping policy
1. OVERVIEW
1.1. This Shipping Policy applies to all Products purchased through the Breggz online store at www.breggz.com. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands.
1.2. We ship to customers in the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (USA), and selected international destinations. Please check our Website at checkout for the most current list of countries we ship to.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
2.1. The following are estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, local conditions, or other events beyond our control.

2.2. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands and the destination country.
2.3. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving your Order Confirmation and cleared payment. During peak periods (e.g. holidays, product launches), processing times may be extended by up to an additional 3 business days.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
3.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the shipping method selected, and the size and weight of your order.
3.2. Free shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value or during promotional periods. Any such offers will be clearly stated on the Website.
3.3. Unless otherwise stated at the checkout, shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other charges that may be levied by the destination country (see Section 5 below).
4. SHIPPING CARRIERS
4.1. We use the following shipping carriers (subject to change):

4.2. We reserve the right to select the carrier that provides the best combination of service, cost, and reliability for your destination.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
5.1. European Union (EU) Shipments
(a) For orders shipped within the EU, the price you pay at checkout includes all applicable VAT. Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the checkout, no additional customs duties or import taxes will apply, as goods move freely within the EU Single Market.
(b) Breggz is registered for VAT in the Netherlands and complies with the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme where applicable, meaning VAT is charged at the rate applicable in your EU Member State.
5.2. United Kingdom (UK) Shipments
(a) For orders shipped from the Netherlands to the UK, shipments to the UK may be subject to UK import VAT (currently 20%) and customs duties, depending on the declared value and classification of the goods.
(b) For Orders in a single shipment with a value of GBP 135 or less, Breggz will collect UK VAT at the point of sale.
(c) Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the checkout, for all orders exceeding the Order value of GBP 135, import VAT and any applicable customs duties will be collected by the carrier upon delivery or by HMRC and are the responsibility of the customer.
(d) We will clearly indicate at checkout whether UK VAT is included in the price or whether additional charges may apply upon import.
5.3. United States (USA) Shipments
(a) Products shipped to the USA from the Netherlands are subject to US customs regulations and Tariffs.
(b) State and local sales tax may apply depending on the destination state. Where Breggz has a sales tax collection obligation, the applicable tax will be added at checkout. Otherwise, use tax obligations may fall on the customer.
(c) Note: US trade policy, tariffs, and de minimis thresholds are subject to change. Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the checkout, any duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed at the border are the customer's responsibility.
5.4. Rest of World Shipments
(a) Unless otherwise stated, for all other international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and any other fees imposed by the destination country's authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
(b) Unless otherwise explicitly stated, charges are not included in the Product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. They are determined by the customs authorities in your country and typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
(c) We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable charges before placing your order.
6. ORDER TRACKING
6.1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
6.2. You may also track your order through your Breggz account on our Website, if applicable.
6.3. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your Order Confirmation, please contact us at support@breggz.com.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
7.1. Failed Delivery Attempts
(a) If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel (e.g. no one is available to receive it), the carrier will typically leave a notification card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point, in accordance with the carrier's standard procedures.
(b) If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund.
7.2. Missing or Lost Parcels
(a) If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe plus an additional 7 business days, please contact us at support@breggz.com.
(b) We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
7.3. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

- Noting the damage with the delivery driver (if possible);
- Photographing the packaging and Product before and after opening;
- Contacting us within 48 hours at support@breggz.com with your Order number, a description of the damage, and photographs.
We will arrange a replacement or refund under the conditions and as described in our Returns Policy.
8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
8.1. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for express deliveries. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes may be available depending on the destination.
8.2. We do not ship to countries or regions subject to international trade sanctions or embargoes (as determined by the Netherlands, the EU, the UK, and/or the USA).
8.3. Some destinations may have restrictions on the import of electronic goods, lithium-ion batteries, or wireless communication devices. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the Products may be legally imported into their country. If a shipment is seized or returned by customs due to import restrictions, we are not liable for any resulting loss, and return shipping and restocking costs may be deducted from any refund.
9. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
9.1. If you wish to change your delivery address or cancel your Order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@breggz.com.
9.2. If the Order has not yet been dispatched, we will accommodate your request. Once an Order has been dispatched, it cannot be altered. In such cases, please follow our Returns Policy.
10. SUSTAINABLE SHIPPING
10.1. Breggz is committed to reducing its environmental impact. We use recyclable and responsibly sourced packaging materials wherever possible.
10.2. We actively seek out shipping partners with strong sustainability credentials and carbon offset programmes.
